There are many programs available which target certain problem areas and promise quick fixes. If you've tried them and have gotten partial results or have been completely unsuccessful, I invite you to let me motivate you to TOTAL physical and mental fitness. A healthy lifestyle consists of Cardiovascular Training, Resistance Training, proper, balanced Nutritional Habits, and the ability of Stress Management and Spiritual Balance.

Stress Management and Spiritual Balance cannot be ignored when trying to acheive total wellness. Plenty of sleep to include 6-10 hours--or an amount which leaves one feeling rested--should be a goal. Crisis control is another essential element to healthy living; if problems arise that disrupt your normal habits i.e. eating, working, sleeping, etc. seek professional or spiritual help to regain balance and peace. Smoking is a hinderance to anyone seeking wellness. It should be eliminated and is not safe, even in moderation.
