There are many programs available which target certain problem areas and promise quick fixes. If you've tried them and have gotten partial results or have been completely unsuccessful, I invite you to let me motivate you to TOTAL physical and mental fitness. A healthy lifestyle consists of Cardiovascular Training, Resistance Training, proper, balanced Nutritional Habits, and the ability of Stress Management and Spiritual Balance.

Resistance Training, is comparable in importance to physical and mental fitness as it is necessary for muscle tone, growth, and development. Any Resistance Training routine should include ALL major muscle groups i.e. those found in the back, legs, arms, abdominal area, etc, and is one of the few components of a healthy lifestyle where supervision is critical. Without a trained professional to assist, one is likely to become injured or to work without seeing result. The common misconception to Resistance Training is that weights are the only way to strenghthen muscle groups when the contrary is true. There are many exercises where one can use his or her body weight and/or such props as the Swiss® (exercise) ball, et.al.
