-- WE ALL HAVE THE SAME 24 HRS AND 7 DAYS EACH WEEK. IF YOU DO NOT MAKE HEALTH A PRIORITY, YOU WILL NOT BE ANY GOOD TO YOUR FAMILY, YOUR CO-WORKERS, NOR TO ANY OF YOUR PEERS. HOW MANY OF YOUR OBLIGATIONS CAN YOU FULFILL FROM A HOSPITAL BED?
"Carbs, Cardio, and Calories? All that stuff is too confusing. Trying to figure out what advice to follow and where to get it is a job in itself!"
-- WE'RE IN THE INFORMATION AGE! THERE IS NUTRITION/FITNESS/HEALTH INFORMATION EVERYWHERE. YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO FIND THE ANSWERS TO YOUR QUESTIONS FROM PAMPHLETS IN SMOOTHIE SHOPS, BACKS OF CEREAL BOXES, TO ADVANCED QUERIES ON INTERNET SEARCH ENGINES AND FITNESS/HEALTH WEBSITES. THEY WILL ALL TELL YOU THAT TO ACHIEVE WELLNESS AN ACTIVE LIFESTYLE AND PROPER/BALANCED NUTRITION ARE ESSENTIAL.
"Geez, I've just heard that gyms, trainers, and all that "special food" is expensive! I can't afford what it takes to get in shape."
-- HEY, PARKS, TRAILS AND MOST PUBLIC SCHOOL WORK-OUT FACILITIES ARE FREE! SPECIAL FOODS? MODERATION IS THE NAME OF THE GAME! DON'T "SUPER SIZE IT" AND YOU'LL SAVE YOURSELF THE ADDITIONAL FAT, CALORIES,....AND A FEW EXTRA DOLLARS!
